Stephan Gruber specialises on Trademark Law and Competition Law both in litigation and counselling. He conducts patent infringement cases and nullity cases in all technical fields with a focus on electronics and electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry and medical engineering. His daily work includes drafting and negotiating licence and know-how agreements. In addition to his profound experience in litigation in the field of Patent and Trademark Law, Stephan Gruber has an outstanding expertise in Company and Partnership Law of the professions. Stephan Gruber publishes regularly in trade publications. He is publisher and co-author of a textbook on European and International Patent Law which has appeared in 6th edition now. In the Commentary on Trademark Law "v. Schultz" he comments on the Law on Business Labels. Stephan Gruber is committed to teaching future patent attorneys and gives lectures on national and international Trademark Law
