Our team

Our lawyers, tax consultants and auditors are set on open and regular feedback on the individual legal fields. By way of internal training courses as well as external trainings and seminars they are committed to broaden their knowledge, apart from issuing publications in trade literature on a regular basis and being (co)authors of leading publications.

Our lawyers teach future patent attorneys in the "Preu-Course" and give lectures on "intellectual property" at the Deutscher Anwaltverein (German Association of Lawyers). Besides, they read regularly papers at seminars of VPP, Forum Institut and Euroforum. Some of the partners are honorary professors at German universities and are involved as experts in legislative procedures of the Bundestag.

Furthermore, a large number of our lawyers are specialized in intellectual property rights, tax law, labour law or administrative law attorneys. Most of them gained professional experience abroad or completed part of their studies abroad. Many of our attorneys worked for and were granted scholarships for doctorate by the Max-Planck Institute for International and Foreign Patent Law, Copyright and Competition law, now Max-Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition Law and Tax Law.

Our lawyers are members of the associations GRUR, VPP, INTA, EPLAW, LES, British-German Lawyers' Association, AIPPI, AIPLA, ECTA, BPI, BAH, DGRA, MEGRA and the "Deutsche Vereinigung für Internationales Steuerrecht" (German Association for International Tax Law).
