Andreas Haberl has been working as IP-attorney for 15 years for large- and medium-sized enterprises. Besides representing clients in infringement proceedings and parallel validity proceedings, he advises on the drafting of licensing and R&D agreements, and supports clients in IP-transactions. He gives regular lectures on intellectual property-related topics at seminars and on the firm’s “Preu-Course” patent attorney training sessions.
