Dr. Matthias Hülsewig advises companies from various sectors in intellectual property law, in particular patent and utility model law. In particular, he specializes in representing his clients in court in infringement and other legal disputes with a technical background. Dr. Matthias Hülsewig has particular experience in the field of standard essential patents and the related licensing under fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory (FRAND) terms as well as in technology transfer law, in particular in the relationship Germany/China. In addition, he advises on the drafting of licensing agreements, R&D cooperations and the IP part of corporate transactions.
