Jakob Nüzel joined the Munich team of Preu Bohlig & Partner in 2015 in the area of intellectual property and copyright law, with a focus on trademark law, patent law and competition law. He also advises clients on contract drafting and related antitrust aspects.

Previously, he worked for Preu Bohlig & Partner as a research assistant for two years. He studied law in Munich and Aix-en-Provence, with a university focus on intellectual property law. He already worked in the IP field during his studies. He then completed his legal training at the Munich Higher Regional Court and in Rio de Janeiro at one of the largest IP law firms in South America.
