In 2007 Konstantin Schallmoser joined the Munich team of Preu Bohlig & Partner in the area of Intellectual Property. He studied law in Munich and completed his practical studies at UFA Sports in Hamburg (now: sportfive). He completed his legal traineeship at the Munich Higher District Court including stages in Paris and at the German-Moroccan Chamber of Commerce in Casablanca. After passing his second Legal State Exam in 2005 Konstantin Schallmoser joined the legal department of Premiere AG, before in 2006/2007 he participated in the LL.M program of "Droit français, européen et international des affaires" of the renowned University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas. His French postgraduate studies were focused on European Anti-Trust Law, International Arbitration and International Private Law.

Konstantin Schallmoser specialises on every sector of Intellectual Property and in particular on Patent Law. In addition, he represents French clients before German courts as well as enterprises dealing with French courts. Also, he delivers advice on issues of International Private Law and International Law on Civil Procedure.
