Martin Momtschilow advises and represents national and international clients on all aspects of intellectual property law. A focal point of his work are patent infringement disputes in numerous technical fields, particularly in the areas of telecommunications and information technology, electronics and mechanical engineering. A further area of specialisation is sign protection, particularly trademark law and design protection.

Martin Momtschilow worked as a research associate to the Chair for Civil Law and Intellectual Property Law and at the Centre for Intellectual Property Law of the University Düsseldorf under the direction of Prof. Dr. Jan Busche, where he was responsible for copyright. He further enhanced his knowledge of intellectual property law, and trademark law in particular, while employed at respected law firms in Düsseldorf and London.
